Our Services

Therapy often leads to a significant reduction in feelings of distress, increased satisfaction in interpersonal relationships, greater personal awareness and insight, increased skills for managing stress, and resolutions to specific problems.

With over 10 years of experience, I provide a non-judgmental, supportive environment that helps you achieve your treatment goal. Using a variety of evidence-based practices, clients will learn about how our thoughts have a direct impact on our feelings and influence our behaviors.

Whether it's your first time in treatment, or looking to re-engage with a counselor, I encourage you to email or call to discuss strategies to improve your mental health and more enjoy your life. The first step can be the most challenging, but can be the start to a life you've always desired.
